John Hart, a reporter with the Grande Prairie Booster interviewed Ken Connors (Morning Man, Production Manager and Assistant Program Director of CFGP) and Sharron Quinn ( Traffic Assistant of CFGP) who talked about a number changes at the radio station.

A new computer system has been aquired for the traffic department. It now distributes commercials throughout the day automatically and prints out logs which in the past all had to be done manually.

There is also a splecial catogueing and coding system in progress with the station's music library which is a task assumed by Ken Connors himself. He has currently increased the music library by 20-30% by doing an inventory and ordering the missing hit songs. (more songs will still be added) The color coding record system introduced by Ken Connors will eliminate the personal taste of an announcer, which will then have a better balanced music sound.

As well, a new 10,000 watt transmitter is just about completed four miles southwest of Grande Prairie and will have a crisper and sharper sound.
