While Ken Connors was at CFGP 1978-1981 Ken Geiger (CJOC weekends) as well as Mark Innes (CJPR Crowsnest Pass) were hired at CFGP, Grande Prairie. At that time CJOC Lethbridge and CFGP were sister stations owned by Selkirk and it was common to transfer to another station.

Wayne Carlson was doing mornings at CJOC-AM in Lethbridge in 1979, but at one time was doing an on air show at CFGP Grande Prairie.

Glenn Moore was doing afternoons at CJOC in 1979. Glenn also attended SAIT in Calgary,(1970-1971) taking the same radio/TV course but was one year ahead of Ken Connors. Glenn also worked part time at 1140 CKXL Calgary and when he left Ken was hired at CKXL to do part-time on-air DJ work.
