1972 - Ken Connors stands beside the CKNL Automated Music Machine.

CKNL radio had a limited amount of announcers in 1972, and had an automated music that would operate by iteself late at night and weekends.
The automated system had taped music on one machine and next to it, was loaded with CKNL jingles and commercials that were scheduled to air at specific times. This automated system fairly well without anyone being present in the CKNL building.
