Regina Saskatchewan
Phil Mackesy joined CJME-AM Regina in 1976. He had worked at CKWX in Vancouver and CFJC Kamloops before CJME. He took over the Mid-Morning show just before Chuck Connors left for 630 CHED in Edmonton. After CJME Phil Mackesy worked at CJAT Trail from 1978-1981 and after that CJOR Vancouver and became involved with the Internet.
Johnny Russel was also on CJME-AM Radio in 1975. He did live cut-ins on the Hart Kirsch Morning Show.
