Even though many people left CFGP Radio to go on to other radio stations, there were many friendships that carried on beyond 1973.
In the spring of 1975 Ken Connors was in the process of moving from Lethbridge (CJOC Radio and TV) to go to CJME Regina, Neil Edwards was at CHAT Medicine Hat while Andy Kilkus moved on to the radio station in Westlock. What brought these 3 back together sporting tuxedos was, Neil and Andy were the best men at Ken's Wedding that took place in April 1975 at Forestburg Alberta. (not far from Edmonton) Another announcer from CFGP, Barry Smith also attended the wedding.
