Prince George
This city is located about 725 km north of Vanouver, BC and situated where the Nechako and Fraser Rivers converge.

Also at this point two major highways merge. Highway 16 and Highway 97.

Prince George has a population of about 75,000. The main industry of the area is forestry. Prince George also has two chemical plants, an oil refinery, and even has its own brewery.

Being a larger city, Prince George has Live Theatre and Symphony, plus Art Gallerys and Studios, and Museums and Libraries.

Located in Fort George Park is Exploration Place, 333-20 Avenue, a museum and science centre situated on the site where Simon Fraser established Fort George in 1807.
